Main Ingredients

Method

Cooking the Main Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large wok over medium-high heat, add a splash of cooking oil. Once hot, add the shrimp, calamari, and octopus. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and calamari is tender. Remove from the wok and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed, and toss in the seasonal vegetables. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are bright and slightly tender.

  3. 3

    Combine Rice and Seafood

Add the cooked wok stir-fried rice to the vegetables in the wok. Return the cooked seafood to the wok and toss everything together. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well mixed and heated through.

Making the Cebichera Sauce

  1. 4

    Mix the Cebichera Sauce

In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, chopped cilantro, finely diced red onion, and chopped chili pepper. Add salt to taste. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Dish

Spoon the seafood rice mixture onto serving plates. Drizzle the cebichera sauce over the top and garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
