Marinate the Beef
Add the beef tenderloin to the bowl, ensuring it's well-coated with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Tenderloin
Remove the beef from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.

Rest the Meat
Once cooked, remove the tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Slice the tenderloin and serve it on a plate. Drizzle with chimichurri sauce, and add chalaca and rocoto sauce on the side.
