Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Beef

Add the beef tenderloin to the bowl, ensuring it's well-coated with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Tenderloin

Remove the beef from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.

  5. 5

    Rest the Meat

Once cooked, remove the tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the tenderloin and serve it on a plate. Drizzle with chimichurri sauce, and add chalaca and rocoto sauce on the side.
