Cookies Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flattening them slightly.

Once the cookies are completely cooled, spread a generous amount of dulce de leche on the flat side of one cookie and sandwich it with another cookie.
