Wine Ingredients

Method

Wine Making Process

  1. 1

    Harvesting the Grapes

Carefully hand-pick ripe Pinot Grigio grapes in the late summer, ensuring they are not damaged.

  2. 2

    Crushing and Pressing

Crush the grapes to release the juice and then press them to separate the juice from the skins.

  3. 3

    Fermentation

Transfer the juice to fermentation tanks, add yeast, and allow it to ferment at a controlled temperature for about 2 weeks.

  4. 4

    Clarification

After fermentation, clarify the wine by allowing sediments to settle and then siphon off the clear wine.

  5. 5

    Aging

Age the wine in stainless steel or neutral oak barrels for a few months to develop its flavors.

  6. 6

    Bottling

Add sulfur dioxide as a preservative, then bottle the wine and seal it with corks.

  7. 7

    Enjoy

Chill the wine and serve it in a glass to enjoy its refreshingly crisp taste with citrus and floral aromas.
