Juicing Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Wash all the fresh ingredients thoroughly under running water.
2. Chop the Ingredients
Peel the carrots and beets, then chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending. Core and chop the apple. Remove the stems from the kale and chop it roughly. Peel the ginger.
3. Juicing
Using a juicer, process the carrots, beets, kale, apple, lemon (peeled), and ginger together until smooth. If using a blender, you may need to add a little water to help blend.
4. Strain (Optional)
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
5. Serve
Pour the juice into a 16oz glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and nutrient content.
