Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, house rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, Kahlua coffee liqueur, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
Serving

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Add Bitters and Garnish
Add 3 dashes of nutmeg bitters on top and garnish with a luxardo cherry.
