Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Cheese Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

Add Seasonings
Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Fold in Crab Meat
Gently fold in the crab meat and chopped green onions into the cheese mixture until just combined.
Baking

Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the crab dip mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Serving

Prepare Pretzel Buns
While the dip is baking, slice the pretzel buns in half and set them aside.

Once the crab dip is done baking, remove it from the oven. Serve hot with pretzel buns and celery sticks.
