Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Cheese Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

  3. 3

    Add Seasonings

Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. 4

    Fold in Crab Meat

Gently fold in the crab meat and chopped green onions into the cheese mixture until just combined.

Baking

  1. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the crab dip mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  2. 6

    Bake

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Serving

  1. 7

    Prepare Pretzel Buns

While the dip is baking, slice the pretzel buns in half and set them aside.

  2. 8

    Serve with Celery

Once the crab dip is done baking, remove it from the oven. Serve hot with pretzel buns and celery sticks.
