Prepare the Mint
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves. Gently muddle the mint leaves using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their aroma and flavor. Avoid shredding them into small pieces.

Pour in 2 oz of Ketel One vodka, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup into the shaker with the muddled mint.
