Method

Shrimp

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. 4

    Finish with Butter and Parsley

Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and chopped parsley until the butter is melted and well combined.

Crostini

  1. 5

    Prepare the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.

  2. 6

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

Brush the slices with olive oil on both sides.

  3. 7

    Bake the Crostini

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  4. 8

    Rub with Garlic

Remove from the oven and immediately rub one side of each crostini with the whole garlic clove for added flavor.
