Method

Prepare the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Cut the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Make the Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  4. 4

    Coat the Cauliflower

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. 5

    Bake the Cauliflower

Drizzle the vegetable oil over the coated florets and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 6

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

While the cauliflower is baking, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.

Prepare the Ranch Dressing

  1. 7

    Mix the Ranch Dressing

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, black pepper, and milk. Stir until smooth and well mixed.

Combine and Serve

  1. 8

    Toss Cauliflower in Sauce

Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
