Preparing the Taco Filling

Add Seasoning
Stir in the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the meat is well coated and fragrant.
Making the Taco Shell

Prepare Puff Pastry
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into triangle or circular shapes as desired for the taco shell.

Bake the Shells
Place the cut pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Making the House Dressing

Mix the Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, chopped cilantro, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Assembling the Taco

Fill the Taco Shell
Once the taco shells are baked and cooled slightly, fill them with the cooked meat mixture.

Top the meat with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapeños as desired.
