Preparing the Cheese Mixture
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients for the queso blanco. Make sure the American cheese and cream cheese are soft for easy melting.

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine the American cheese, cream cheese, milk, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess fat.
