In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Use a spatula to break it into small pieces.

Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper over the beef. Stir to combine, and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Incorporate Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Cheese Mixture

Add Cream Cheese
Lower the heat to medium and add the cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until melted and well combined with the beef and spinach.

Mix in Cheddar Cheese
Gradually add the cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy.

Pour in the milk to achieve the desired consistency. Stir until fully incorporated.
