Method

Chicken Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Cooking the Chicken Burgers

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

Place the chicken patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

Preparing Toppings

  1. 5

    Slice the Vegetables

While the patties are cooking, slice the tomato and onion into rings and wash the lettuce leaves.

Preparing French Fries or Onion Rings

  1. 6

    Cut the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips for fries or into rings for onion rings.

  2. 7

    Cook the Fries or Rings

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cut potatoes or onion rings and fry until golden brown. Season with salt to taste.

Assembling the Burgers

  1. 8

    Build the Burger

On each burger bun, spread mayonnaise and mustard. Place a grilled chicken patty on top, followed by lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the grilled chicken burgers with house-cut French fries or onion rings on the side.
