In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

Marinate Skirt Steak
Place skirt steak in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Slice and Serve
