Taco Directions
- 1
Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, for about 5-7 minutes.
- 2
Add Seasoning
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked beef. Stir well to combine and add 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 3
Prepare Taco Shells
While the beef is simmering, warm the taco shells in the oven according to package instructions.
- 4
Assemble Tacos
Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and sliced jalapeños.
Enchilada Directions

Prepare Enchiladas
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Take a corn tortilla, place a portion of the beef mixture in the center, roll it up, and place it seam-side down in a baking dish.
- 7
Add Enchilada Sauce
Once all tortillas are filled and placed in the baking dish, pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the top.
- 8
Add Cheese and Bake
Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top of the enchiladas. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- 9
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve with sour cream on the side.
