Build and Shake
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice (about 3/4 full). Add Absolut Vodka (1.5 oz), Domaine de Canton (0.5 oz), fresh lemon juice (0.75 oz), and house-brewed ginger syrup (0.75 oz). Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.

Prepare Glass
Fill a highball or Collins glass with fresh cubed ice (about 1 cup).

Strain and Top
Double-strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over the ice to remove any pulp and small ice shards. Top with chilled club soda (about 2.5 oz) gently — pour slowly so the drink retains some effervescence and a light foamy head.

Garnish and Serve
Give the drink a gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to integrate the soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist and optionally a piece of candied ginger or a thin slice of fresh ginger on a cocktail pick. Serve immediately with a straw if desired.
