Method

Preparing the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

  2. 2

    Cut the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Mix the Coating

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a seasoning oil.

  4. 4

    Coat the Cauliflower

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning oil until evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Bake the Cauliflower

Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.

  6. 6

    Add Buffalo Sauce

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until well coated.

  7. 7

    Final Bake

Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the sauce is heated through.

Making the Ranch Dressing

  1. 8

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 9

    Whisk Until Smooth

Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. 10

    Chill

Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
