Preparing the Cauliflower
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- 2
Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Mix the Coating
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a seasoning oil.
- 4
Coat the Cauliflower
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning oil until evenly coated.
- 5
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
- 6
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until well coated.
- 7
