Method
Prepare Fresh Juice
Extract Juices
Wash all fruit. Halve and juice the oranges to yield about 1 cup. Core and juice the apple or use cold-pressed apple juice for 1/2 cup. Cut a fresh pineapple chunk and press or blend and strain to yield 1 cup of pineapple juice. In a small bowl, squeeze 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and remove seeds.
Combine Bases
Pour orange, pineapple, and apple juices into a large measuring cup or pitcher. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
Sweeten & Adjust
Taste the combined juice. Stir in 1 teaspoon honey or agave (and 1 teaspoon simple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness). Mix thoroughly until sweetener dissolves. If the juice is too intense, add up to 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water to reach desired strength and flavor balance.
Chill & Serve
Fill a serving cup with 4–6 ice cubes. Pour the prepared juice over the ice, leaving about 1/2 inch at the top for garnish.
Optional: If using chia seeds, stir them into the juice and let sit 5 minutes so they swell slightly for texture.
Garnish the cup with a thin orange or lemon wheel on the rim and tuck 3–4 mint leaves into the drink. Serve immediately.
