Prepare the Marinara

Cook the Pasta

Boil the Penne Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Halibut

Bake the Halibut
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season halibut fillets with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily and cheese is golden.

Combine and Serve
On a plate, layer a bed of penne pasta, top with marinara sauce, and place the baked halibut fillet on top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with garlic bread on the side.
