1

Prepare glass

Fill a large wine glass generously with large ice cubes (about 1 cup). The glass should be chilled if possible so the drink stays cold longer.

2

Add Aperol

Pour 3 parts Aperol directly over the ice. Using parts (for example: 3 oz if using ounces, or 3 measures) keeps the classic 3:2:1 balance.

3

Add Prosecco

Slowly pour 2 parts chilled Prosecco into the glass. Pour gently to preserve the bubbles and avoid overflowing.

4

Top with soda

Add 1 part chilled soda water to the top. Adjust the amount of soda to taste if you prefer a lighter or stronger drink.

5

Stir gently

Give the cocktail one or two gentle short stirs with a bar spoon (or sip straw) to combine the layers without knocking out too many bubbles.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a fresh orange wheel on the rim or floated in the drink. Serve immediately while cold and effervescent.
