Main Dish - Avocado Toast
1. Prepare the Avocado Spread
Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix Ingredients
Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the avocado. Mash together until creamy but still chunky.
3. Toast the Bread
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
4. Prepare the Toppings
Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the fresh basil leaves.
5. Assemble the Toast
Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
Side Dish - Fruit Salad
6. Prepare the Fruits
Wash the mixed berries and slice the banana into rounds.
7. Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries and banana.
8. Add Sweetness
Drizzle honey over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
9. Garnish
Add fresh mint leaves to the salad for garnish and extra flavor.
Beverage - Fresh Orange Juice
10. Prepare the Oranges
Wash the fresh oranges to remove any wax or dirt.
11. Juicing Oranges
Cut the oranges in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or by hand.
12. Sweeten (Optional)
If desired, stir in sugar to the freshly squeezed orange juice until dissolved.
13. Serve
Pour the fresh orange juice into glasses and serve immediately.
