Method
Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Burger Patties
In a bowl, season the ground beef (or Impossible meat) with salt and black pepper. Mix gently and form into two equal-sized patties.
- 2
Cook the Patties
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Cooper's American cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- 3
Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, you can toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a cooked patty with melted cheese. Top with sliced onions and pickles, and cover with the top half of the bun.
Fries Preparation
- 5
Cook the Fries
Preheat oven according to package instructions for the fries. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake according to package directions until crispy.
