Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground sirloin and ground tenderloin. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix gently and form into 2 equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the double smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns (Optional)

If desired, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the bun, layer the lettuce, tomato slices, the cooked patty with melted cheese, bacon, onion slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Prepare fries according to package instructions or fry fresh potatoes until golden and crispy. Season with salt and serve alongside the burger.
