Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the red onion, tomato, and kosher pickles. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the double smoked bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Form the Patty

In a bowl, season the Black Angus ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form it into a patty that is about ¾ inch thick.

  4. 4

    Cook the Patty

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the burger patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger bun if desired. Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun. Layer with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and kosher pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burger hot with your favorite side dishes.
