Blend the Cocktail
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the blended mixture and adjust the sweetness or creaminess by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice as desired. Blend again if necessary.

Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled glass and pour the blended piña colada mixture into it, filling it about 2/3 full.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of pineapple on the rim, a maraschino cherry on top, and sprinkle shredded coconut over the drink for an extra tropical touch.
