Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Bake the wings
Lay the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Make the Buffalo sauce
While the wings are baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through.

Toss wings in sauce
Once the wings are done baking, place them in a large bowl and pour the Buffalo sauce over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly in the sauce.

Serve the spicy Buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
