Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
Baking the Cauliflower

Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with buffalo sauce in a large bowl until well-coated.
Making the Ranch Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
