Chill the Glass
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill.

Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Aperol, 1 oz of pomegranate-orange cordial, and 1 oz of Lustau white vermut.

Shake the Ingredients
Shake gently to combine all ingredients. Do not over-shake to maintain some of the carbonation.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into the prepared wine glass filled with ice.

Add Bubbles
Top the mixture with 3 oz of Cava and 1 oz of seltzer.
Garnishing

Add Orange Slice
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.

Add Pomegranate Seeds
Sprinkle a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds into the drink for an added touch.
