Preparation of Red Smoothie Base

    Step 1: Blend Ingredients

    In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, banana, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Add honey or agave syrup to the blended mixture. Blend again until well incorporated.

Preparation of Red Berry Layer

    Step 3: Mix Raspberries and Chia Seeds

    In a small bowl, mix the raspberries with chia seeds. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes to let the chia seeds absorb some moisture.

    Chop the fresh mint leaves finely, set aside for garnish.
