Juicing the Oranges
Cut the fresh oranges in half and use a juicer to extract 1 cup of fresh orange juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.

Chill the Cava
If you haven't done so already, chill the Cava or Champagne in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Assembly

Mixing the Mimosa
In a champagne flute, pour 1 cup of the fresh orange juice. Slowly top it off with 1 cup of chilled Cava or Champagne. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish (Optional)
Garnish with an orange slice on the rim or a sprig of mint for an added touch.
