Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.

Preparing the Seasonal Greens

  1. 4

    Prepare the Greens

In a large bowl, combine the mixed seasonal greens. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Toss the Greens

Drizzle the dressing over the greens and toss until well coated.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Place a grilled salmon fillet on each plate and serve with a generous portion of the dressed seasonal greens on the side. Enjoy your meal!
