    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until well blended.

    Combine Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until fully combined.

Combining Ingredients

    Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures

    Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

    Add Optional Ingredients

    If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans and/or the chocolate chips.

Baking

    Bake the Bread

    Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Cool the Bread

    Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
