Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes.
Pour Aperol
Measure 3 oz of Aperol and pour it over the ice in the glass.
Add Prosecco
Measure 3 oz of Prosecco and gently pour it into the glass over the Aperol.
Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water to the mixture in the glass.
Garnish
Place a slice of orange on the rim of the glass or float it on top of the drink for garnish.
Serve
