Prepare the Glass
Start by chilling your glass. You can do this by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of rhubarb-infused vodka, 1 oz of rhubarb-ginger-vanilla syrup, and some ice. Shake well until chilled.

Strain and Pour
Remove the ice from your chilled glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass, leaving some space at the top.

Add Bubbles
Top the drink with 4 oz of Opera Prima Brut. Pour gently to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish
Use a vegetable peeler or knife to create a lemon twist. Twist it over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in as a garnish.
