Prepare the Glass
Start by preparing your glass. Rub the rim of a highball or rocks glass with a lime wedge to moisten it.

Add Tajin Chili Salt
Dip the moistened rim of the glass into the tajin chili salt to coat the rim evenly. Set aside.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, add the el jimador blanco tequila and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the tequila and lime mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice cubes.

Top with Soda
Top off the drink with Fever Tree pink grapefruit sparkling soda, pouring gently to mix.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Paloma!
