FROM THE KITCHEN

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all your ingredients and prepare them for cooking. Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once done, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Caramelize the Onions and Peppers

In the same skillet, remove excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened and caramelized, about 10-12 minutes.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sliders

On the bottom half of each potato slider bun, place a slice of pepperjack cheese, followed by 2 slices of crispy bacon, a generous spoonful of the caramelized onion and pepper mixture, and a dollop of chipotle aioli. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve immediately while warm, with extra chipotle aioli on the side if desired.
