Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of LaMill Espresso using your espresso machine or preferred brewing method.
Scoop the Gelato
In a serving glass or bowl, add 2 generous scoops of vanilla gelato.
Add Magic Shell
Drizzle 1 cup of Magic Shell Chocolate Sauce over the gelato, allowing it to create a delightful shell as it cools.
Pour the Espresso
Carefully pour the hot espresso shot over the gelato and chocolate shell.
Serve Immediately
Serve the Sorelle Affogato immediately while the gelato is still cold and the espresso is hot.
