Prepare the Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Aperol and blood orange juice. Shake well to mix.
Assemble the Drink
Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the Aperol and blood orange mixture over the ice, and top with soda water.
Add the Whipped Cream
Gently spoon the whipped cream on top of the drink.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a few nasturtium leaves.
