Sear the Pork Chops
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned pork chops. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until a golden brown crust forms. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C). Once done, remove from skillet and let rest.
Hot Cherry Peppers Preparation

Prepare the Hot Cherry Peppers
In the same skillet used for the pork chops, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the Hot Cherry Peppers
Add the hot cherry peppers and red wine vinegar to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the peppers are heated through and slightly softened. Stir occasionally.
Grilled Peppers Preparation

Prepare the Grilled Peppers
While the pork chops rest, preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Slice the bell peppers into strips.

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, place the seared pork chop. Top with sautéed hot cherry peppers and arrange the grilled peppers around the pork chop. Serve immediately.
