Preparing the Spaghetti Squash

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the Squash
Carefully cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.

Remove Seeds
Scoop out the seeds and stringy insides using a spoon. Discard the seeds.

Drizzle the inside of each half with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Place the squash halves cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
