Brewing the Tea
- 1
Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.

Add Lemon Juice
Stir in 1 cup of fresh lemon juice into the sweetened tea mixture.
- 6
Infuse with Mint
Add a bunch of fresh mint leaves to the tea, stirring gently to infuse the flavor. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Cool the Tea
Let the tea come to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.
- 8
Prepare to Serve
In tall glasses, fill each glass with 1 cup of ice cubes and a few lemon slices.

Pour and Enjoy
Pour the chilled tea over the ice in each glass. Garnish with extra mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately.
