Roast the Garlic
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the tops off the garlic cloves to expose the individual cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden.

Prepare the Cheeses
While the garlic is roasting, slice the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Cut into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving platter.

Make the Dressing
If using store-bought Parmesan anchovy dressing, give it a good shake. If making homemade, combine Parmesan cheese, anchovy paste, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until well combined.

On a large platter, arrange the roasted garlic, Boursin cheese, mozzarella slices, romaine lettuce, and garlic croutons. Drizzle the Parmesan anchovy dressing over the top or serve it on the side.
