Cooking Instructions

1

For Scrambled Eggs

1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with salt and pepper until well combined. 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted. 3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and stir gently with a spatula. 4. Continue cooking until the eggs are just set but still soft, about 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.

2

For Fried Eggs

1. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted. 2. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet. 3. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. For over-easy, gently flip the eggs and cook for an additional minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3

For Poached Eggs

1. Bring a pot of water to a simmer and add a splash of vinegar to help the eggs set. 2. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, then gently slide them into the water. 3. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are firm but the yolks remain runny. 4. Remove with a slotted spoon and season with salt and pepper.
