Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create a marinade.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

3

Cook the Chicken

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and grill or bake for about 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through and caramelized.

4

Glaze the Chicken

In the last few minutes of cooking, brush the reserved marinade over the chicken to create a lacquered finish.

5

Assemble the Wraps

Once cooked, slice the chicken and place it on a Napa cabbage leaf. Top with bean sprouts, pickles, chopped toasted peanuts, and drizzle with hot mustard BBQ sauce.

6

Serve

Wrap the cabbage around the fillings and serve immediately.
