Method

Preparing the Wings

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

2

Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

3

Arrange on the Rack

Place the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching each other.

4

Bake the Wings

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

5

Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter completely.

6

Combine Ingredients

Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and vinegar until well combined.

Making the Ranch Dressing

7

Mix Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

8

Chill the Dressing

Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

9

Toss the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

10

Serve with Dipping Sauces

Serve the wings hot with a side of ranch dressing and extra buffalo sauce for dipping.
