Deviled Eggs Preparation

Boil the Eggs

Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.

Prepare the Filling

Carefully peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Fill the Eggs

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with additional smoked paprika and garnish with chopped chives.

Serve the Beef Jerky
