Prepare the glass
Select a rocks glass and fill it with ice to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz of Bulleit Bourbon, 1 oz of Don Julio Anejo, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, and 0.5 oz of agave nectar.

Stir and chill
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds or until well chilled.

Strain into glass
Remove the ice from the rocks glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass over fresh ice.

Garnish
Twist a piece of orange peel over the cocktail to release its oils, then drop it into the drink as a garnish.
