Mimosa Ingredients
Method
Mimosa Preparation
- 1
Chill Your Glasses
Start by chilling your champagne flutes in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to keep the mimosas cold.
- 2
Prepare the Orange Juice
While the glasses are chilling, prepare the fresh orange juice. If using store-bought juice, ensure it is freshly pressed and chilled.
- 3
Pour the Orange Juice
Once your glasses are chilled, pour 1 part of the fresh orange juice into each flute. This usually amounts to about 1/4 of the glass.
- 4
Add Sparkling Wine
Slowly add 3 parts of the chilled champagne or sparkling wine to the glass, filling it to the top. Pour gently to avoid excessive fizz.
- 5
Garnish
Garnish each mimosa with a fresh orange slice on the rim of the glass for an extra touch of elegance.
- 6
Serve Immediately
Serve the mimosas immediately while they are still bubbly and refreshing.
