Citrus Marinated Pork

In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

In a medium saucepan, combine white rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is fluffy.
